OUR STUDENTS’ WELLBEING IS OUR NUMBER ONE FOCUS. WE MAKE EARLY INTERVENTION A PRIORITY WHERE WE PROVIDE PARENTS WITH THE PROPER RESOURCES TO BETTER ASSIST THE CHILD.
WE CARE
Neighborhood Child and Infant Care Center has for many years, nurtured young children, from the age of six weeks to five years old in a carefully supervised program staffed by certified group teachers and teachers assistants. Arrivals can be as early as 7:00 AM, and we provide a healthy breakfast, lunch, and snacks to all our children in care.
WE TEACH
Neighborhood Child Care Center’s curriculum is rooted in developmental practices. These practices include:
We combine each of these practices into a curriculum that allows children the freedom to explore various topics. Activities are geared to touch each learning styles, including visual, auditory, and tactile learners, by giving children choices on how they can explore topics and express what they have learned. N.C.I.C.C. teachers are encouraged to make learning real hands-on, thus building a strong foundation for the future.
WE OFFER
We offer a before and after school program and a summer camp for children six years to 13 years old, which provides year-round care for those who need it. We also offer assistance for parents affiliated with Programs for Parents and independent fees that are affordable and comfortable for those who do not qualify for assistance.
